# Onboarding

> The guided setup you complete after your first sign-in, and which steps you see for each mode.

After your first sign-in, a guided setup runs before you reach the app. The steps you see depend on the mode you choose:

| Mode | Steps |
| - | - |
| Supplier | Choose mode → Supplier profile (4 steps) → *optional* Detailed profile (6 steps) → *optional* Customers & competitors |
| Client | Choose mode → Client profile (2 steps) → *optional* NDA setup |
| Both | Choose mode → Supplier profile → *optional* Detailed profile → Client profile → *optional* NDA setup → Choose a portal |

## Using the wizards

* A progress bar at the top shows where you are.
* Use **Back** and **Continue** to move between steps.
* Click **Profile preview** at any time to see your profile the way others see it.
* Required fields are marked with **\***.

  If you leave before the end, you go back to the unfinished profile setup the next time you sign in.
